Weight Loss Eight-Week Programme
This personalised 121 weight loss programme allows you to lose weight in a sustainable way whilst improving energy and mood. Starting with a longer face to face meeting where a detailed health and medical history is taken I will provide you with the start of your individual plan.
We'll then have short weekly Skype meetings over the eight weeks where we can monitor progress, add to the plan and change things that are not working for you. You'll have email access to me throughout so that you're never on your own, and I also include recipes and menu plan support. This step by step approach breaks the changes down into manageable chunks so that you have time to adjust and change your habits.
