Courses & Workshops

In addition to 121 programmes I offer courses and workshops both on and offline. The courses range from free seven day challenges to two to 12 week group courses focused on improving energy, managing stress or balancing hormones.

They’re a perfect choice for you if:


  • You want in depth knowledge and tools to improve your health in one area

  • You work well with support and motivation from peers

  • You’re not quite ready for a 121 programme

  • You value a space for discussion and questions

Apart from the seven day challenges all courses include detailed menu plans, shopping lists and handouts as well as weekly informational videos, live Q&A sessions, live group coaching and an element of 121 support with food diary analysis and email access to me throughout.
