In addition to 121 programmes I offer courses and workshops both on and offline.
My next course is a free Seven In Seven Challenge via a closed Facebook group. So if you're forever busy and feeling less than 100%, if every day feels like wading through mud, if you're feeling tired no matter how much sleep you've had or if you've normalised your flagging energy levels and other niggles this is the course for you.
And if you'd like to take it to the next level I'm running an eight week Spring Into Summer course starting in May. If you feel that you've tried everything and nothing has worked and you know it's time to look after yourself for the long term then this is the course for you.The focus is on making sustainable changes over the eight weeks so that you understand what your body needs and how to fuel yourself for better energy levels and ability to cope with stress.
